1952 C-Type Jaguar with FIA HTP
We represent a small number of bespoke car builders of C-Type and D-Types and we are proud to offer this 1952 Production Specification C-Type, as it nears completion. This presents the new owner with a rare opportunty to tailor the car to their particular requirements with a choice of engine (road or road/race); back axle ratio; body colour and interior trim. The car comes with period registration and FIA HTP papers.
Jaguar C-Type Mille Miglia
We can also offer a unique recreation of the famous Jaguar Works C-Type XKC003 'Mille Miglia'. Arguably the most significant car in Jaguar's history, XKC003 won at Le Mans, on its first outing, and was the first car to race with disc brakes at Goodwood and in the Mille Miglia. Currently in build, it promises to be the most authentic C-Type Recreation ever constructed, and will be completed in time for the 60th anniversary of its first appearance in the Mille Miglia in 2012.
The early Works cars were all broken up after racing and few Jaguar enthusiasts realise how much these cars differed from the C-Types that were to follow. Almost every major component, from chassis to body, steering rack to suspension is significantly different and has had to be specially manufactured for this car. As such, it is unique, and once built there are no plans to build further examples of this model.
For that reason this represents an unrepeatable opportunity for a collector, competitor or public institution to acquire a very special and rare C-Type, where the original car no longer exists. Please contact us for a full specification and further details of the build.
